Yurbban Ramblas Boutique Hotel

All the staff at the hotel are top-notch. We had most of our interaction with Ramon and Leo who were very friendly and helpful. They provide great customer service which sets this hotel apart from others. The hotel is lovely, and the rooftop terrace has wonderful views. The wine hour is a great place to meet other guests and mingle before heading out to dinner.

A wonderful place, the rooms are clean and functional, we stayed in a room with a balcony and it was perfect. The roof top terrace was amazing great views and a great way to relax. The daily happy hour was a really nice touch. The beds were comfy. Then there is the staff, everyone was knowledgeable about the area, willing to help and also just willing to have a little chat. Lastly this was our 10 year anniversary and the staff made it really special answering my requests. Thank you everyone. Also the little gifts you give each day are really nice touch.

This spot in the heart of La Ramblas was BRILLIANT and completely blew us away. Location could not be better, amenities exceeded our expectation (as well as close public transport access), complementary wine hour with other guests, impeccably clean. However, the stand out was the staff- in particular Ramon. He could not have been more helpful from the moment we checked in to the moment we left (from local resturant recommendations to which metro ticket to get for our time in Barcelona- the list went on and on). Thank you so much Ramon, you unexpectedly made our trip!

I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. High-level cleanliness. All the furnishings are tasteful and create a sense of calm. Every evening we received a message and a small treat to sum up the day (special cream after a lot of walking, fortune cookies, and more). Every day at 7 p.m. there is wine, olives, and cheese in the lobby. Sitting in the living room with a family feel. And the staff? Welcoming, smiling, and pleasant. I must mention Roman. Outstanding service. Answers patiently. Explains in detail in response to questions. Recommends restaurants, shows, and places to visit. Day after day gave the best feeling possible. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to Plaça de Catalunya, where the airport express buses stop, and just 50 meters from a metro station. It’s situated on Las Ramblas, near both the chic shopping avenue Passeig de Gràcia and the charming Gothic Quarter. We were warmly welcomed at reception with a glass of Cava, and check-in was smooth. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room overlooked Las Ramblas, which we highly recommend (with the windows closed, there was no noise at all). Though the room was a bit small, it was beautifully furnished and impeccably clean. Breakfast was extensive, featuring high-quality ingredients.
